For The Everyday Kitchen

Anytime a new product or idea is developed into the market for the home industry, it is usually first implemented into the high end industry. After the creative ideas have had their initial time on the market, it will then find it’s way down to the economy housing market.

This is also true for the built-in appliance market. It may be hard to believe that a five thousand dollar fridge could find it’s way into a home that would typically invest seven to eight hundred

dollars into a refrigerator.

This is one of the few discussions that I don’t have a prediction for how it will happen, but I do firmly believe that there will soon be a line of product that will represent the built-in effect, look, or concept for homeowners who otherwise would not be able to afford it.

This is the very reason why designers have job security; he high ticket kitchens are always looking for ways to make their kitchen different from the rest.
